Her unique background spans marketing strategy, talent acquisition at scale, and organizational psychology, giving her a rare ability to see patterns across industries and translate complex human dynamics into practical systems.

Why Ellen Built Eunice

The Story Behind the Name

The name "Eunice" comes from the word "Youness.” The term Ellen coined to describe the unique combination of skills, values, and voice that makes each of us uniquely us.

‘Youness’ is your personal plus professional fingerprint.

But everyone misheard it as "Eunice.” When it came time to name the company… it stuck.
